Big Blue Bus (BBB) celebrated its 90th Anniversary this week by hosting a special pop-up event for customers. The event location was a surprise and BBB engaged customers via email and social media by dropping clues leading up to event. To celebrate the major milestone, BBB gave away limited edition 90th Anniversary swag (the first 90 customers received a commemorative tote bag), complimentary day passes, and raffled off an annual BBB Pass. The turnout was incredible and BBB staff met over 500 riders, including a young fan who shared his love of BBB and the daily rides with his mother.
