Pink Chicken offers casual attires for both mothers and children; it is also where celebrity mothers like Halle Berry and Jennifer Garner are often seen roaming around.

Montana Avenue is also famous for its exquisite baubles. Roseark is run by a married couple, who both create and collect gems for their customers to be designed for wear. Moondance Jewelry Gallery and Designs by Musti are also worth taking a peek at.

Dining

Take a break from all this shopping (or window shopping) to give your taste palate the opportunity to delve into the flavors of Montana Avenue. Andrew’s Cheese Shop is heaven on earth for those foodies who love experimenting with bread, spread and cheese. Consume all sorts of cheeses with generous amounts of olive oil and wine. There is even an option to receive samples of new items for members of the cheese-of-the-month club. Be sure to try out the L’Aigle Noir Roquefort, a rare cheese that has become a favorite among customers.

The topic of dairy brings us to baked goods. Cakes, pies, cupcakes, cookies, scones and muffins are sweet words to hear for any sweet-toothed individual. If you are one such person, make sure to venture into Sweet Lady Jane. They offer a multitude of cake flavors (28, to be exact).

Montana Avenue is comprised of a variety of restaurants, each unique and incomparable in its own way. While Osteria Bigoli is famous for the chef’s bigoli pasta and spaghetti recipe, Pradeep’s Indian Cuisine serves the best masala curry in the tri-state area. A special mention: Father’s Office is one of those diners that are always houseful and with good reason. They have made the perfect combination of burger and beers into an artisanal recipe-house. This is entirely the courtesy of the chef of the pub, Sang Yoon.
Entertainment

Complete your day with the perfect end by visiting the Aero Theater. It was built during the 30s but it was recently renovated so it is an architectural landmark that has been beautified to our taste. The screens show both classics and indie films.

If you have the chance to visit Montana Avenue, don’t miss out on Aero Theater. It has a 400-seats arrangement and even after being recently refurnished, the theater hasn’t lost its vintage touch. When they show the classics, you may very well feel as if you have been transported through space into the very year the films had been released.

In addition to showing movie screenings, Aero Theater also has other features for its viewers. There are always special programs available but if you are lucky, you may get a chance to sit through a surprise lecture by a director or any other media personality! And as always, every movie screening is supplemented with a Q&A round in the end.

Just a few minutes away from Third Street Promenade, Montana Avenue is a neighborhood close to the Pacific Ocean. Although the commute remains busy due to its proximity to the Sunset Boulevard, the neighborhood itself emits a certain sense of lazy buzzing.
